As a sales support administrator, you will provide administrative support for our sales teams. Duties include answering the phone and replying to emails, scheduling appointments, and keeping sales records.

Due to the Pandemic, this is now a home based 1099 position. Work your own hours, make your own schedule, be in remote locations, and control your income potential. A true win/win opportunity for the right individuals.


Job Description


We are looking for sales support administrators to assist our sales team with routine administrative functions. In this role, you will answer incoming calls and manage sales inquiries, and input sales department records. Your duties will include scheduling appointments with customers and salespersons.

To ensure success, sales support administrator should have related experience and administrative expertise. Outstanding sales support administrators assist sales teams in such a way that it allows them to pursue sales targets, rather than dealing with scheduling work.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering and screening external phone calls and emails.
  • Answering customer inquiries
  • Compiling a daily list of sales leads
  • Scheduling appointments for the sales department and customers.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
  • Performing research toward identifying potential sales leads and pitches.
  • Confirming appointments and arranging meeting venues.
  • Sending out reminders of scheduled meetings.
  • Rescheduling or canceling meetings in a timely manner.


Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of confirming and rescheduling appointments, as well as record keeping practices.
  • Experience with sales industry software and client relationship management (CRM) systems, or similar.
  • Knowledge of keeping track of sales commissions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as customer service skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a proactive approach toward problem solving. An understanding of sales principles.


Earnings potential:

This home based position can produce a strong income for talented individuals willing to work a full-time week. Income rages from $36,000 to $60,000 a year  based on working part-time or full-time.
